General meeting BinckBank decides in accordance with agenda

The annual general meeting of BinckBank N.V. held on 30 April 2015 has adopted the resolutions as proposed in the agenda. The resolutions include the following:

·   Approval of financial statements for the 2014 financial year.

·   In addition to the already paid dividend of EUR 0.10, the final dividend is set at EUR 0.31 per ordinary share in cash  (subject to deduction of 15% dividend tax) and will be made payable on 8 May 2015.

·   Mr. C.J.M. Scholtes and Mr. J.K. Brouwer resigned after the meeting as members of the supervisory board due to maximum fulfillment of terms.

·   With effect from the date of the meeting Mr. L. Deuzeman is reappointed as member of the supervisory board until the end of the annual general meeting held in 2019.

As a result of the above the supervisory board of BinckBank consists of Mr. JWT van der Steen (chairman), Mr. L. Deuzeman, Mrs. JMA Kemna and Mrs. C. van der Weerdt-Norder.
