Labinal Power Systems Partner With Edenred to Deliver New Employee Benefit Scheme
The organisation launched its new scheme, Reward Hub, after it was acquired by Safran. As well as a new online portal the team introduced a whole host of new voluntary benefits.
It proved a success within a few months of its launch, in December 2013, with the large majority of employees expressing an interest in additional voluntary benefits and those using the additional discounts making savings of over £3,000.
