These representatives of respected foundations will participate in a panel discussion to share how they identify innovations with the potential for transformational impact on chronic diseases, including the wellness of seniors.  Accomplished experts from these foundations will provide insights into innovative approaches to managing chronic diseases.  The panel will also explore initiatives to maximize the health and wellness of seniors.  The newest thinking and methods will be explored.

The purpose of the by-invitation Forum is to help family offices and foundations develop and implement their individual impact investing and grant-giving programs within health and the life sciences.  To accomplish this mission the Forum showcases presentations and panel discussions by leading scientists, accomplished healthcare delivery professionals, private-sector companies and institutional investors engaged in developing innovations with the potential for transformational impact on disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment.

Michael Moffat, Cavendish co-founder and President said, "This is an exceptionally talented group of individuals with a well-developed knowledge of what it takes to successfully innovate in chronic diseases and the health challenges facing the elderly. Each of them have supported and helped develop compelling programs for medically and socially important innovations in these areas.  We are glad they have this opportunity to share their knowledge, experience and resources with our members this November at our Oxford University hosted Forum. The quality and originality of their insights will be intriguing to our members."
