Cie du Bois Sauvage : Public Tender

In order to comply with the new procedure determined by EU regulation nr 537/2014 -dated April 16 2014 and published in the Belgian Official Journal on July 6 2016- on specific requirements for statutory audit of public interest entities, Compagnie du Bois Sauvage launches a call for tenders for auditors registered by the IRE /IBR (Institut des Réviseurs d'Entreprises/Instituut van de Bedrijfsrevisoren) to exercise the mandate as statutory auditors with effect as from the 2017 financial year.

The tender specifications are available at the Company's head office by simple written request. Offers must be submit before January 31 2017 included.

The various applications shall be reviewed by the Audit Committee. The Board of Directors will propose the new candidate at the Annual General Meeting of April 26 2017.
