EUROPLASMA: Filing of French "Document de Référence 2013"
The Group voluntary published a document, filed with the AMF, in order to provide shareholders and investors a clear and exhaustive information.
This document will be complemented by a summary note and securities note with a view to obtaining the approval form AMF (visa), in connection with the capital increase with preferential subscription rights and free allocation of redeemable warrants (BSAR) to all shareholders scheduled in September/October 2014.
The French "Document de Référence 2013" can be obtained (free charge) on demand at Europlasma head office, 471 route de Cantegrit, BP 23, 40110 Morcenx, France.
The document can also be consulted/download on the Shareholders & Investors page, under the "regulated information" section, on Europlasma website at http://www.europlasma.com and on the AMF website at http://www.amf-france.org.
