Orange Belgium : Transparency Declaration - Norges Bank (2/2)

Brussels, 29 August 2016 - Orange Belgium hereby discloses information in accordance with Article 14 of the Law of 2 May 2007 and the related Royal Decree of 14 February 2008:

On 23 August 2016, Orange Belgium received a transparency declaration from Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway), stating that, as of 22 August 2016, Norges Bank holds 1,872,617 shares (previous declaration: 1,793,762 shares), representing 3.12 % of the total share capital of the Company (previous declaration: 2.99 %).

An increase above (or decrease below) the following thresholds requires a declaration to Orange Belgium and the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA):

1. 3 % statutory threshold, as set out by the articles of association of the Company;
2. 5 % or each multiple of 5 %, as set out by the Belgian law.
