ARCADIS Appoints Leadership Team for Global Architecture and Design Subsidiary Experienced industry professionals to lead unified company

March 26, 2015 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design & consultancy firm, today announced the leadership team for its architecture and design subsidiary, a joint organization of RTKL and recently acquired Callison. Lance Josal FAIA was announced as CEO of the unified company, which combines the talents of over 2000 design and architecture professionals as well as the capabilities of two of the most prominent commercial architecture practices in the world.

Randy Pace will become CFO of the combined organization, while Bryceon Sumner has been named its COO. The combined company ranks among the top five global design firms.

Prior to this appointment, Josal served as CEO of RTKL, the global architecture practice acquired by ARCADIS in 2007. His new role is the result of the two firms aligning as a unified organization and will focus on strengthening its position in core markets (retail stores, commercial and mixed-use, healthcare and workplace) and expanding its footprint in key regions around the world.

Pace brings more than 30 years of accounting and finance in the architecture industry and has helped steer RTKL through continued growth and financial success in spite of the economic turbulence of the last decade. Sumner has served as CFO, COO and CEO for a number of companies over the last 20 years; and has been the CFO of Callison since 2011. He has been involved in all aspects of firm management and operations.
