In 1983, Mr. Wynans undertook his first publishing venture, commissioning Andy Warhol to create a limited edition series of art featuring Wayne Gretzky. Six unique paintings and 300 limited edition prints were produced. The original prints, which were released at a retail price of $1,500 have sold as high as $35,000, with the paintings, originally valued at $35,000, selling as high as $500,000.

Other publishing projects included the creation of limited edition prints by Canadian artist Jack Shadbolt, American artists Roy Deforest, Frederick J. Brown, Leon Golub, Philip Pearlstein, Malcolm Morley and Donald Sultan and British artists Sir Peter Blake and Michael Sandle.

 

The company's donation history under the provisions of the Cultural Property Act includes the certification and placement of the artists mentioned above.

The Limited Partnership will commission well known artists to produce unique works of art in all medium and in a series of original images which the Partnership will publish and sell in limited edition prints. The artists contemplated are Sir Peter Blake, Damien Hirst, and Mel Ramos. Each artist will produce limited edition prints of a least six separate subjects in editions of 175 to 200 each.

The Partnership seeks to raise $2,000,000. The minimum before which a closing may occur is $600,000.

Highlights of the offering are as follows:

• Minimum subscription $10,000 

• Partnership loss (88.5%) can be deducted in 2013 

• Sold by Offering Memorandum, which is cleared in most provinces 

• Available to both corporations and individuals 

• Provides each investor with a portfolio of artwork 

• Provides a stream of future earnings from distribution (sales and donations to museums) of remaining artwork
