Since 1944, Fraikin has supported its customers in their choice of hire vehicles by offering solutions tailored to their needs, and offers a wide range of associated services together under the Full Service banner.

To enrich its service delivery in a highly competitive industry, Fraikin has launched mySmartFleet by Fraikin®, an innovative telematics offering, enabling customers to optimise the management of their fleets and increase productivity. Using Masternaut's patented CANbus data acquisition technology, Fraikin is offering a smart approach to telematics, enabling customers to enhance how the data that is collected is used.

Fraikin has set up a dedicated team to support customers in the use and customisation of the platform. Customers will have tailored monthly reports made available to them to help synthesise key data and prioritise corrective actions. With five years' experience on a multi-brand fleet of over 1,000 vehicles, Fraikin will provide a benchmark for customers to compare performance to that of their competitors.

Companies will be able to track and manage their fleet in realtime, making decisions based on the data, establish an eco-driving policy and ensure compliance with the cold chain. Customers will have the tools necessary to achieve fuel savings, reduce downtime of vehicles, increase the safety of their drivers, and reduce their carbon footprint.
