S.AB. de C.V. (BMV:ICA) (NYSE:ICA), the largest infrastructure and construction company in Mexico, confirmed today that it has entered into the 30-day grace period with respect to the approximately US$31 million interest payment on its 8.875% senior notes due 2024 (the "2024 Notes").
