Due to large interest from investors and media as a result of the auto industry's handling of nitrogen oxides (NOx), Photocat has decided to extend its subscription period for its initial public offering on the Nasdaq First North. Photocat has developed products that degrade nitrogen oxide (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOC). The last day for subscription is extended to Wednesday 14 October 2015.

The Danish cleantech company Photocat, has a patent protected technology that cleans air from toxic particles such as nitrogen oxide (NOx) and volatile organic compounds (VOC) announces hereby an extension of its subscription period in regards to its upcoming listing on Nasdaq First North Stockholm. Final day for subscription is extended to Wednesday 14 October 2015.

The Company CEO, Michael Humle, explains the decision to extend the subscription period: "We have during the last few days received a lot of requests and questions from both media and investors regarding our Company and our technology. We see that the problem our technology sets out to solve recently caught worldwide interest due to the news surrounding Volkswagen and their false emission tests. We want to have the possibility to participate in this debate and answer questions from both investors and media regarding our company and our technology. It does however require time and resources to participate in this debate and to be available for journalists. We have therefore chosen to extend the subscription in order to answer questions from our potential new investors."

Photocat A/S will in conjunction with its listing raise up to 22.5 million Swedish kroners in order to increase momentum in their ongoing international commercialization. Redeye acts as Photocats financial advisor in this initial public offering.
