Bombardier annuncia la stipula di una struttura di credito rinnovabile di 500 milioni di euro
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - 30 Marzo 2012) - Bombardier (TSX: BBD.A)(TSX: BBD.B) ha annunciato oggi di aver chiuso una struttura di credito rinnovabile senza garanzia di 500 milioni di euro (circa $665 milioni di dollari US) assieme ad un gruppo di istituzioni finanziarie internazionali. La struttura è destinata unicamente a Bombardier Transportation.
È dedicata a sostenere gli scope generali dell'azienda. Va incontro agli obiettivi di Bombardier di approfittare delle attuali condizioni favorevoli e di aumentare il suo accesso alla liquidità.
"Questa transazione è stata sottoscritta a più del 50%, con impegni ricevuti da 15 diverse istituzioni finanziarie. Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Securities LLC have jointly arranged the facilities as Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft Filiale Luxemburg has also acted as Facility Agent.
