Change in the Management and Supervisory Board of a group's subsidiary entity (SIA Biļešu Paradīze)

The general meeting of shareholders of SIA Biļešu Paradīze – the 100% subsidiary of AS Ekspress Grupp – decided to nominate Mr. Jānis Kuzulis as a new Member of the Management Board and the CEO starting from 1 August 2019.

The general meeting of shareholders also decided to recall Mr. Konstantins Kuzikovs from the duties of the Member of the Management Board as of 1 August 2019 and to appoint him as a Member of the Supervisory Board effective as of the same date. The Management Board of SIA Biļešu Paradīze will continue with two members: Jānis Daube and Jānis Kuzulis and the Supervisory Board will continue with four members: Mrs. Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman), Mrs. Signe Kukin, Mr. Ēriks Naļivaiko and Mr. Konstantīns Kuzikovs.

SIA Biļešu Paradīze operates the electronic ticket platform (bilesuparadize.lv) and box offices to organise the sale of tickets to various entertainment events on behalf of event organisers.
