Rome, 08/12/2011 (informazione.it - comunicati stampa - arte e cultura) 6° Senso Art Gallery is pleased to invite you to the opening of the personal exhibition of the artist Marco Tamburro, on Monday, 19 December 2011 at 19.00.

After his personal exhibition “Life Live” at MACRO Testaccio’s spaces La Pelanda, where almost thirty artist’s works that illustrate his new production were exposed, Marco Tamburro will exhibit at 6° Senso Art Gallery his latest paintings and photographs that express better the transfiguration of the “theater of life” he wants to represent.

At the gallery will be exposed large scale, almost cinematic, and medium scale canvases created with mixed media, in which Tamburro pursues his own quest: to be able to tell, through the fusion of colors and signs, the contemporary life. Through the use of black and white, sometimes interrupted by glimpses of bright red that appear suddenly, the artist wants to represent the speed of life in metropolis and the everyday drama of human life, of the mass and every single man. The pictorial synthesis, the photography and the colours induce the viewer to dig deeper, in order to capture the very essence of the message transmitted by Marco Tamburro.

Marco Tamburro was born in Perugia in 1974. In 1994 he moved to Milan, where he attended courses of scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera. Here begins to exhibit in several galleries and alternative spaces mainly associated with fashion and design. In the late nineties he moved to Rome where he currently lives and works. Since 1998 Tamburro has realized numerous solo and group exhibitions, national and international win plaudits from critics and the public. Writers, art critics and art world personalities such as Maurizio Sciaccaluga, Gianluca Marziani, Enzo Santese, Chiara Canali, Barbara Martusciello, Renato Civello, Vito Riviello, Ennio Calabria, Antonio Tamburro, and others, have difined the work of Marco Tamburro as personal and effective in representing with cynical punctuality, the cancellation of identity that substantiates the contemporary age.
