The "International MicroMegaMondo": meetings and workshops in English about Insects, Environment and Nature at the Museum Esapolis.

Sunday, February 12, 2017 at 15:00 will start a new MicroMegaMondo initiative: the "International MicroMegaMondo" with which you are given the opportunity to interact and discover the fascinating reality of MicroMegaMondo also to foreign visitors and curious passionates.
It will be organized to Esapolis a cycle of special Sundays where the Director of Esapolis, Dr. Enzo Moretto, proposes each time a free presentation in English and Italian on the insect world. The meeting will be held at 15:00 in Malaysia hall. The seats are booked while for up to 50 people. (If there is availability of seats you can participate even without to book.)
The first presentation will be on the appearance of insects on the earth and some of the events that have characterized their evolution.
After the conference, for those wishing to participate, it will also follow a workshop. This Sunday there will be the "Laboratory of Young Entomologist", during which participants will learn the basic rules to collect, prepare and study insects and to prepare themselves a butterfly. The workshop also includes ecological and ethical thoughts. The workshop is suitable for both adults and children, provided they have a minimum of manual work. In the end, each participant will be able to keep as a souvenir the result of their work. To participate in the workshop there will be a special price of 2.50 € per person and the maximum number of participants is 25 people.
