Bombardier Annuncia il Tasso di Dividendo applicabile alle sue Azioni Privilegiate di 3a serie
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - 12 luglio 2012) - (TSX: BBD.A)(TSX: BBD.B) - A decorrere dal 1 agosto 2012, le azioni privilegiate di 3a serie frutteranno, su base trimestrale e secondo le tempistiche stabilite dal Consiglio di Amministrazione Bombardier, dividendi in contante per i prossimi 5 anni in funzione di un tasso fisso pari alla (a) media del rendimento alla scadenza dei buoni del tesoro quinquennali del Governo Canadese, come definito da National Bank Financial e CIBC World Markets Inc., in data 11 luglio 2012, moltiplicata per (b) il 225%.
The average yield of this Government of Canada bond is 1.229%. Accordingly, the annual dividend rate applicable to the Series 3 Preferred Shares for the period of five years beginning on August 1, 2012 will be 3.134%.
