UPM Annual Report 2018 published

UPM's Annual Report 2018 has been published online at www.upm.com and www.upm.fi. The Annual Report including the company's Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors for the period 1 January - 31 December 2018 is available in English and Finnish as a PDF file on the corporate website.

UPM has also published its Corporate Governance Statement 2018 and the Remuneration Statement dated 28 February 2019 on the corporate website in the Investors section under Governance (www.upm.com/governance). The statements can be downloaded as PDF files in English and Finnish. The Annual Report and the statements are also attached to this release.

UPM's Annual Report 2018 illustrates factors that are relevant for UPM's long-term success and reports how UPM creates economic, social and environmental value. UPM highlights the future beyond fossils which is the key driver for UPM going forward. We have clearly defined the spearheads for our growth: high value fibres, specialty packaging materials and molecular bioproducts.

All material information has been integrated into this one, third-party assured entirety and no separate responsibility report is published.
