Suomen Hoivatilat Oyj (" ") has received a notification pursuant to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act from Timo Pekkarinen, according to which the aggregate ownership of shares and votes in Hoivatilat of Timo Pekkarinen and Tirinom Oy, an entity in his control, has fallen below the threshold of 5% following an event changing the breakdown of shares or voting rights on 28 March 2017. Timo Pekkarinen holds 3.54% and Tirinom Oy holds 0.85% of all shares and votes in Hoivatilat.
