Castellum Appoints MD of Region West
As Managing Director, Mariette will manage Region West – that is operations mainly in Greater Gothenburg – with a real estate portfolio that amounts to approx. SEK 17 billion .
Mariette will join the Executive Team, and will enter the position 1 February, 2018 .
Förvaltnings AB Framtiden is a real estate group with seven subsidiaries that comprise housing, property management and production of new housing. The Group owns and manages approx. 72,000 residential units and 317,000 square meters of premises in the municipality of Gothenburg via subsidiaries.
