(Oslo, Norway, 23 January 2018)  Solon Eiendom ASA Chairman of the Board Simen Thorsen (through his wholly owned company Hortulan AS) has today bought 21,481 shares in Solon Eiendom ASA at a price of NOK 21.404 per share.

Following this transaction Simen Thorsen through Hortulan AS holds 14,600,000 shares, equalling 27.31% of the total share capital and votes of the Company.
