"We are concerned that there are a lot of ports that conduct direct call. If the transshipment cost is lower, then there will be more goods going to Tanjung Priok and Tanjung Perak, and it will be cheaper than direct call," said , referring to two of the country's major ports in Jakarta and Surabaya , East Java .
