"The Poet Knight Silvano Bortolazzi is the modern Bard of Italy"

Roma, 25/01/2017 (informazione.it - comunicati stampa - arte e cultura) Tenth Knight of the Italian Republic (for poetry) in the history of Italian literature from 1860 to the present day, the youngest poet to be awarded "Knight" for poetry in the history and the only in life, together with Nobel laureates Carducci, Montale, Quasimodo and others famous poets as: D'Annunzio, Ungaretti, Merini, Luzi, Sanguineti and Spaziani. Silvano Bortolazzi "Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic" (for poetry) was born in Genoa the November 13, 1975. Finalist (second place) and gold medal, for poetry, in the International Poetry Prize "Agenda dei poeti 2001", in Milan, section books published, at only 24 years old for his book "The Wolf" (Il lupo), Mauro Baroni publisher, Viareggio. Mauro Baroni publisher, writer and poet under the pen name of "Manuel Blas", honorary degree for literature, awarded by the University of Siena in 2002, today disappeared, was a great admirer of Bortolazzi. Bortolazzi appears on many literary anthologies of the major national and international competitions of poetry. Throughout his literary career, he has got the opportunity to discuss in person with poets such as Edoardo Sanguineti (Librex Montale prize winner in 2006 - "THE LITTLE NOBEL") and Maria Luisa Spaziani (Viareggio Prize winner, same to a Nobel in Italy, and big friend of the Nobel laureate Eugenio Montale). His works in poetry include: "The Wolf (Il lupo)", Mauro Baroni publisher 2000, "The Wolf (Il lupo)", re-release with Liberodiscivere 2012, "The claw of the angel (L'artiglio dell'angelo)", Liberodiscrivere 2012, "Blue Italian (Blu italiano)", Edizioni Giuseppe Laterza 2012 and "My young Italia (La mia giovine Italia)", Edizioni Giuseppe Lateza 2014. Bortolazzi was selected by the jury of the Viareggio prize, University professors of literature, as one of the candidates for "Viareggio Prize for poetry" (the principal italian poetry prize), in the year 2013, getting to this compliments of the Governor of Liguria and also getting ads on many Tv news and radio news of Liguria and Tuscany. Bortolazzi in April 25, 2014 founded the "WORLD UNION OF POETS", world literary movement of poets and writers for peace and culture (over 200,000 poets members with several hundred delegates in all Italian provinces and in all world countries, including one of the former Vice-Presidents of the Republic of Venezuela, in 2000, currently Ambassador in the Italian Republic for the Republic of Venezuela). Bortolazzi has received two nominations in the year 2015 (by the government of Venezuela and by the Public Italian istitutions) to the Nobel Prize for Literature, one in the year 2016 (by the government of the Venezuela) and one in the year 2017 (by the Presidency of the High Council of the Public Universities of the Venezuela, 67 public universities of the Venezuela). On August 16, 2015, the Mayor of the olympic town of Sestriere Valter Marin, appointed Bortolazzi "Honorary Poet of the olympic city of Sestriere" during the 1st Grand Prize of poetry of Sestriere designed by the poet himself. Bortolazzi is the "founder of the POETRYSCULPTURE" (the poetry engraved on the the sculptures) and the author of the poetry "Azzurreggio", title of the opera winner at the "5° Moscow portrait art Festival" (central building of the Moscow artist), year 2016 and also "WORLD ICON OF PEACE" (International award of the Nigeria).
