Molti ostacoli sono noti, a cominciare dalla potenza finanziaria che Pechino dispiega investendo nel Sud globale. C’è un’altra ragione per cui il rilancio della presenza americana è problematico: è quello dei cosiddetti “gender rights”, i diritti delle minoranze sessuali nonché il diritto a modificare il proprio orientamento sessuale.
